Wellbeing

We take a holistic approach to the wellbeing of our people.  In supporting the balance between work and home life, we provide flexible working arrangements, including part-time working, job share and home working. We also support and provide a wide range of wellbeing initiatives.

Making connections in work and play

As a large and diverse business, it is important that we consider ways to help our people connect with others. We run a full calendar of company events including roadshows, briefings, company conference, quarterly business update calls, annual quiz, Christmas parties, and a company-wide football tournament, amongst others.
