Ian Chisholm
Ian has over 20 years' experience in Real Estate. He joined TT Group in 2023 to head the marketing team, implementing a strong marketing, PR and communications programme, delivering our strategy and business objectives to both internal and external audiences.
Ian also provides valuable marketing support to different areas across the business, including our strategic land company – Lands Improvement, as well as our residential development division. He also led the rebranding and market repositioning of the Group.
He started his career in the house building sector, from here he moved into real estate investment and development consultancy, then became a Partner at John Rowan and Partners LLP, a global real estate and construction consultancy practice.
Ian has a BSc (Hons) in Business and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
