Telereal Trillium has secured a resolution to grant planning permission from the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to redevelop Hackney TSCV, a 1.5 acre former BT depot site on Fish Island in Hackney Wick.

Telereal Trillium announces that it has completed the sale of its Hayhill Portfolio of regional offices to Elite UK Commercial Limited for a total consideration of £282.15 million. The 2.6m sq. ft. portfolio has a combined annual rent of £23.29m.
