Telereal Trillium has let 60,000 sq ft at Argyle House, 3 Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh to the University of Edinburgh, on a 10-year lease.
Argyle House comprises 220,000 sq ft of recently refurbished space within the centre of Edinburgh. The University will occupy space for its IT division over five floors of the grade B listed office building, bringing the total occupancy of the building up to 80%.

This letting is one of the biggest office lettings of grade B space in Edinburgh city centre for a number of years and is a testament to the successful repositioning of Argyle House in the Edinburgh market.”
Argyle House offers flexible, affordable space, in an excellent city centre location. Other tenants of the building include technology incubator hub Codebase, one of the biggest technology start-ups in Scotland, who occupy over 70,000 sq ft of space.
