Telereal Trillium has been shortlisted for the National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards in the 'Most Successful Sustained Scheme' category in recognition of the long term success and growth in take-up, of our charity matching scheme.
The annual event celebrates the efforts of employers, charities and professional partnerships in promoting regular tax-efficient giving from salary in the workplace. It is organised by the Institute of Fundraising’s Payroll Giving Special Interest Group in partnership with the Association of Payroll Giving Organisations.
Telereal Trillium’s charity matching scheme is open to all employees and is available to any UK registered charity that employees wish to support, either through payroll giving, one-off donations, or fundraising. Telereal Trillium matches £1-for-£1 donations made and sponsorship raised up to a maximum £2,500 per person, per year. Many employees choose to support several different charities over the course of a year and they are all matched by Telereal Trillium. In 2014/15, an amazing 42% of Telereal Trillium employees donated and raised £181,293 for 117 different UK registered charities. The company made ‘matching’ donations totalling an additional £92,943.
The winners will be announced on 17 November at an awards ceremony at the House of Lords. Checkatrade and UKTV Media Limited have also been nominated in the 'Most Successful Sustained Scheme' category.
