Telereal Trillium have been awarded a platinum award for our commitment to payroll giving at the National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards, an event which celebrates the efforts of employers, charities and professional partnerships in promoting payroll giving in the workplace.
Susan Cain, head of corporate responsibility said “Having received gold awards for seven consecutive years previously, we are delighted to this year receive a platinum. In the last year, over 40 per cent of our staff have helped us to support 130 different charities through payroll giving, sponsored events and donations.”
The Payroll Giving Quality Mark recognises and rewards businesses for making payroll giving available to staff, promoting it and growing staff participation in the scheme. Telereal Trillium’s payroll giving scheme was set up in 2002, and from the start the company matched donations made by employees.
