Telereal Trillium is inviting offers for its Peel Park site in Blackpool. The site, which is being sold by GL Hearn, Manchester on behalf of Telereal Trillium, encompasses 7.68 acres at Peel Park, an established commercial location in the Fylde area of Blackpool which benefits from excellent transport links.
Peel Park offers direct access via the A5230 dual carriageway onto junction 4 of the M55 motorway, connecting with the M6 motorway and national motorway network.
