Telereal Trillium promotes excellence in FM customer service

Telereal Trillium last night showed its commitment to customer service as sponsor of the Excellence in Customer Service category at the 2013 British Institute of Facilities Management Awards.

Held at a black tie ball at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, the awards celebrated excellence in the facilities management industry and were attended by more than 1,300 FM professionals.

Chiswick Park’s onsite facilities management team, Enjoy Work, was the category winners on the night and were celebrated for creating a sustainable workplace that encourages greater productivity from workers at the west London business park.
