We will consider investments in direct real estate (including alternative asset classes), asset backed operating companies, and participation in Joint Venture arrangements. This is in addition to our ongoing activities in Property partnerships and Strategic land.

While our core market is the UK, we will opportunistically consider investing in Europe and elsewhere. With £2bn of equity funds available, we are constantly reviewing a broad range of investment opportunities. Direct real estate

We are primarily seeking individual assets priced between £2m and £15m with potential opportunity to add value through active asset management or large portfolios where we can increase the value of each asset using the expertise of our in house team.

Our core sectors are office and industrial, but other types of assets will also be considered. Properties with good residual values are preferred, either through ability to re-let, redevelop or with the potential for alternative uses.

Investment joint ventures

Telereal Trillium has a long history of working in partnership with other organisations to maximise the value of real estate. Our approach to investment joint ventures draws on this experience. We work together with our partners to establish the business plan, reporting requirements and governance arrangements. Telereal Trillium takes an active management approach, leveraging its in-house resources for the benefit of the JV.
