Warren is a non-executive director of Telereal Trillium and works closely with the executive team. He joined Telereal (now Telereal Trillium) in 2002 as group finance director and was responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including reporting performance to shareholders, financial control, financial planning, tax, and corporate governance.
Warren was one of the 'founding fathers' of Telereal and he played a major role in establishing and developing Telereal Trillium. In 2004, Warren won the prestigious Accountancy Age “Blue Chip Financial Director of the Year” award, which recognised the successful role he played in shaping Telereal.
Prior to this, Warren worked at Dixons Stores Group, known at the time for its Currys, Dixons, PC World and The Link brands. He spent much of his time at Dixons working with property and became the finance director of Dixons Group Retail Properties when it was formed.
Warren is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).’
