2019

  • The Arch Company is launched by Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners as sale of Network Rail Commercial Estate is completed 

2018

  • Network Rail agrees £1.46bn commercial estate sale to Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners
  • Telereal Trillium completes the sale of its Hayhill Portfolio of regional offices for £280m  

2016

  • Telereal Trillium appointed onto 4-year Promoter Framework for Central Bedfordshire Council, to fund, manage and lead the planning and disposal process for the Council’s surplus land and buildings, along with four other companies.

2015

  • Telereal Trillium acquires Lands Improvement Group, one of the UK’s leading strategic land development companies
  • Telereal Trillium acquires Wye3 site, part of the former Wye College Campus, Wye, Kent, from Imperial College London

2014

  • Telereal Trillium sells RBS Hyperion portfolio for £550m
  • Cofely appointed under a new integrated facilities management (IFM) agreement to deliver hard and soft facilities management and project services across Telereal Trillium’s Department for Work and Pensions portfolio, and project services across the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and Aviva portfolios

2013

  • Telereal Trillium successfully completes seven-year role delivering Birmingham City Council’s award winning portfolio optimisation and workplace transformation programme.
  • Telereal Trillium launched its new Development division, with the Woodcroft, Edinburgh joint venture.

  • Telereal Trillium was shortlisted in the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s (DIO) search for a potential private sector business partner

  • Signed a new five-year property management services agreement with BT
  • Telereal Trillium sells West Kensington telephone exchange for £50m
  • Telereal Trillium sells former BT/Royal Mail Moorgate site for £35m
  • Telereal Trillium purchases the Flagstaff portfolio, consisting of 35 properties, from Lloyds Banking Group for c£45m

  • Telereal Trillium sells Barclays Bank’s Coventry headquarters for £20.2m

2009

  • Telereal Trillium sells Aviva's Norwich headquarters for £134m
  • Trillium Investment Partners PPP fund sold to Semperian PPP Investment Partners
  • Trillium sold by Land Securities and acquired by Telereal, forming Telereal Trillium

  • Trillium Investment Partners £1.3bn PPP fund established
  • Telereal reappointed by O2 to manage its property portfolio

2007

  • £800m purchase of offices and branches from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) completed with PruPIM
  • Signed portfolio optimisation and workplace transformation contract with Birmingham City Council
