Telereal Trillium's employees
With more than 420 staff located throughout the UK, we are committed to providing a working environment that enables individuals to have fulfilling working lives and to have a positive experience at work.
Learning and development
We recognise that it is the skills of our people that set us apart from our competitors. We deliver a comprehensive range of learning and development initiatives, to ensure our people make the most of their talent and fulfil their potential and to develop skills, expand knowledge, invest in career development and enhance individual performance. Training and learning opportunities are available to employees in corporate, departmental and individual learning and development areas.
We take a holistic approach to the wellbeing of our people. In supporting the balance between work and home life, we provide flexible working arrangements, including part-time working, job share and home working. We also support and provide a wide range of wellbeing initiatives including an Employee Assistance Programme, wellbeing assessments, private medical insurance, a cycle to work scheme, occupational health services, and a flu vaccination programme.
Making connections in work and play
As a large and diverse business, it is important that we consider ways to help our people connect with others. We run a full calendar of company events including roadshows, briefings, company conference, quarterly business update calls, annual quiz, Christmas parties, and a company-wide football tournament, amongst others.
A positive work environment
We are absolute in our commitment to maintaining and encouraging equality and diversity within our own business and more broadly through our community activities. Building an inclusive workforce that reflects the world around us not only helps us to attract and retain the very best people, it also contributes to our overall business success.
