The award was in recognition of the recent £1.46 billion Network Rail Commercial Estate acquisition by Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners, now known as The Arch Company.
Organised by Norwood, the YN Property Awards celebrates industry achievements across a variety of categories. More than 550 professionals across the industry attended the event, which took place on Monday, 11 February at the Royal Lancaster London.

Introducing the evening, YN Property Committee member Joey Barnett said: “For the 13th year running, the YN Property Awards Dinner continued to be THE event for young professionals in the property industry”.
Norwood is the largest Jewish charity in the UK and the YN Norwood Property award has been organised since 2006, to help raise funds towards supporting Norwood’s projects for children and adults with learning disabilities and vulnerable families. This year’s event raised more than £155,000.
