Telereal Trillium has just launched 21,000 square feet of recently refurbished and highly specified office accommodation in the heart of London’s West End.
Located in Covent Garden, directly opposite the iconic Royal Opera House, this new space to the market is over the third and fourth floors of 34 Bow Street and offers an exceptional working environment. Following the substantial internal refurbishment, the upgraded space now offers large, open and bright floor plates, its own self-contained entrance, interconnecting stairs and on the third floor a four-metre ceiling height with exposed services to give a stylised industrial feel.
Commenting on the development, Nick Cridlan, senior asset manager with Telereal Trillium, said: “The refurbishment provides an exceptional space. We’ve designed in a lot of high-quality detail to enhance the feel and appearance of the property and have created a great opportunity for someone to make a statement about themselves. On top of this, of course, is the location, right in the heart Covent Garden, highly connected and in the company of some of the country’s best known brands.”
The space was released with a flourish at a themed breakfast event last Friday, as Nick Cridlan explained: “We played on the Bow Street name and held a slightly unusual archery competition. The targets were characters from Sherwood Forest but we added in a little local colour courtesy of our agent, Farebrother. Mark Anstey played Robin Hood; Alice Blackhall, Maid Marion; and Charlie Thomson, Friar Tuck. Thanks to all three for being such great sports.”
