Telereal Trillium is extending its training and development commitment to young people by offering a further four apprenticeships at its national facilities management call centre.
The year-long programme is being run from the company’s offices in City Walk, Leeds, in conjunction with Leeds City College and is designed to take successful applicants to NVQ Level 2. The apprenticeship framework covers work-based assessment, employee responsibilities and rights, personal learning and thinking skills, and the functional skills involved in delivering customer service work.
In a comment on the new apprenticeships, Wendy Bareham, learning and development manager at Telereal Trillium’s customer service centre, said: ‘These build on the success of our previous work in this area and are a fantastic opportunity for some enthusiastic individuals interested in working with people. They will get involved in answering questions and enquiries, providing guidance and generally helping customers find solutions. It’s demanding but incredibly rewarding work. Along the way, as well as having the chance to work in a strong and dedicated team, our apprentices will get some great experience developing their skills and learning new ones.”
The closing date for applications is Sunday 15 September with a start date anticipated before the end of the month. Full details on the opportunities available and how to apply can be found on the Apprenticeships website under The Big Match – Customer service representative.
