Telereal Trillium has been granted outline planning permission for the redevelopment of Cowan Street car parking site for 42 residential units or 91 student beds in Nottingham City centre.
The award was in recognition of the recent £1.46 billion Network Rail Commercial Estate acquisition by Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners, now known as The Arch Company.
