Site Specification
357 Gorgie Road provides a total of 2.62 acres of land over two neighbouring sites split by a road providing access to the office and industrial buildings to the south.

The eastern side of the site extends to 1.993 acres and is the site of a demolished former office building; which has been cleared following demolition.

The Western element, a car park, extends 0.63 acres. The car park is in good condition with tarmac, lighting and markings still in place.
