Telereal Trillium secured detailed planning and listed building consent for an exclusive development of 81 luxury units within one of Edinburgh’s finest residential districts. Telereal Trillium is developing the scheme in joint venture with Queensberry Properties. Thirty-five units have been completed and sold, with a further 18 units being built and of which 14 have sold off-plan.

Permitted development rights for change of use were granted and detailed planning consent for alterations to the externals has been secured. The scheme reached practical completion on 10 June 2016. Telereal Trillium are holding the development to let for AST’s and Serviced Apartments with local practice Ashtons acting as the letting and managing agents.

This property was converted from a church to office in the 1980s.
